This website is operated by Dignity Tech, a digital solutions company based in Canada. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Dignity Tech.

Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you're interested in, an optional budget range and your message.

Website assistant (chat). When you use the assistant, your messages are sent to our server to generate a reply. If an AI service is enabled, they are also sent to that provider for processing (see “Who we share it with”). Conversations are kept only in your browser's memory for the current visit; this website does not save them.

Phone and WhatsApp. If you call or message us, that communication is handled by your phone carrier or by WhatsApp under their own terms and policies.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and operation. Our server briefly uses your IP address to limit how many chat messages can be sent in a short time, to prevent abuse.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

These providers may process information outside Canada, under their own privacy terms.

This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.

To let pages open without a connection, your browser may keep copies of public pages, images and fonts you have visited (using a service worker). These copies contain no form entries or chat messages, and you can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Enquiries are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. To confirm: a specific retention period for enquiries.
